Weeeeekend

I couldn't resist taking a picture of Wm in his cardigan. He looked so cute! (I also love his little twig legs in his new "slim fit" pants! Ha!)

Steve's brother came into town to take in a comedy show, so he was off having a grand time doing that on Friday. Then, we have been busy bees around the house all weekend - and we have got a lot done! We are getting estimates on putting a half bath in the basement, so it needs a major cleaning! I also made a chocolate cake for Wm, so that should be fun...to eat. 

I took Wm out for breakfast this morning at a little diner nearby. I got a belgian waffle with whipped cream (also known as The Leslie Knope). Wm was suuuuuper jealous. He did the Hillary Clinton shoulder wiggle when I gave him a bite. He has already demanded we return ASAP so HE can get the belgian waffle with whipped cream. His silver dollar pancakes were a sad disappointment in comparison.

Mom & Son Breakfast Bonanza! 

I abandoned Steve to the basement and took a walk with Suzanne this afternoon. It is super sunny and warm again, so it was great! A veggie and quinoa-based dinner is in the crock pot....and chocolate cake awaits us as a reward for our healthiness. Best Sunday ever!

Wm just said, "Can I have the computer when you're done? Are you doing blog stuff again?"
